EventLuma is an all-in-one platform for event ticketing, private registrations, and business listings. We make it easy for users to purchase tickets, RSVP to private events, and manage guest lists — while also helping vendors showcase their services through customizable business listings. Whether you're planning an event or offering services like decor, catering, or entertainment, EventLuma connects organizers and vendors in one streamlined system.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services.
• By using our platform, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
• Event organizers and listing owners must have the legal authority to sell tickets, manage events, and offer services through the platform.

• Users must create an account to purchase tickets or register for events.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

• By providing your phone number when registering for an event on EventLuma, you agree to receive SMS messages related to your registration. These may include confirmations, reminders, or important event updates.
• Standard messaging rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS. EventLuma does not share your number with third-party marketers.

• Users can browse, register, and purchase tickets for various events and services listed on our platform.
• Once a ticket is purchased, it is subject to the event organizer's terms and refund policies.
• Event organizers and listing owners are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information about their events or services.

All payments are securely processed via PayPal. EventLuma charges a platform fee on transactions, which varies by service type. All fees are non-refundable and deducted before payout to the organizer or vendor.

Platform Fee Schedule:

• Event Tickets (standard & seat selection) — 3.5% + $0.25 per transaction
• Food & Restaurant Orders — 3.5% + $0.25 per transaction
• Business Listings (vendor bookings) — 5.0% per transaction
• DJ Bookings — 5.0% per transaction
• Barber & Service Bookings — 5.0% per transaction
• Free & Private RSVP Events — no platform fee

• All applicable fees are disclosed before checkout.
• By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that EventLuma is a platform, not the event organizer or vendor. The organizer or vendor is solely responsible for event execution, service delivery, customer service, and refund policies.
• Users agree not to dispute valid charges made through our platform.

• The event organizer is the merchant of record for all sales. EventLuma acts solely as a ticketing and registration platform.
• Organizers are responsible for paying all applicable processing fees (including PayPal fees). EventLuma deducts its per-ticket platform fee before payout.
• Organizers are responsible for determining, collecting, and remitting all applicable taxes, duties, and government fees.
• Organizers must clearly state their refund and cancellation policy in the event listing and honor it in accordance with applicable laws.
• EventLuma is not responsible for event quality, safety, legality, or compliance with any local laws.
