Event Sales Representative

EventLuma is an all-in-one platform for ticketed events, private invitations, and local business bookings. We’re hiring motivated sales reps to grow the platform. This is a 1099 commission-based role with four earning streams: 1. Private Events — $50 per event Help planners create events (weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers, free public events) and send invitations. Paid once the event is live and verified as legitimate. 2. Local Business Listings — $150 total, tiered Onboard DJs, barbers, restaurants, and other local businesses (account, profile, services/menu, PayPal). $50 when the business is approved and fully live $100 once they reach $300+ in bookings within 90 days 3. Event & Community Promotion Represent EventLuma at concerts, networking events, and community gatherings. Earnings come through leads converted under sections 1, 2, and 4. 4. Ticket Sales — 50% of platform fees For paid ticketed events you bring on, earn 50% of platform fees (3.5% + $0.25 per ticket). Example: 1,000 tickets at $25 = $25,000 in sales → $1,125 in fees → rep earns $562.50. Payment Terms Bi-weekly payouts via PayPal or direct deposit Unique referral code tracks all signups and sales 1099 issued for annual earnings over $600 Fraudulent activity (fake signups, self-bookings, fabricated events) voids payouts.
